Garlicot, a name somewhere between Garlic and Apricot, is a rare boutique strain bred by Staefli Farms that combines a GMO cross called Garlic Mints and the rich, fruity Purple Apricot. A glazed reduction consisting of fresh winter herbs and caramelized apricots.
